One important new change for 2013 in the UCI regulations was that journalists driving cars and motorbikes in races (with the green sticker) also need a UCI license. This is a result of the incident in the Tour de France in 2011 involving Juan Antonio Flecha and Johnny Hoogerland. This insurance license will be mandatory during the upcoming Tour de France.

Like last year yhe AIJC will jointly organize in cooperation with the UCI courses to obtain this license.
We schedule course sessions on the following dates:
- 22 March – Milan-San Remo
- 5 April – Tour des Flandres
- 19 April – Amstel Gold Race
- 7 June – Critérium Dauphiné
- 22 august – Vuelta a Espana
